Marcelo Yakko new album PULSO
Como es tu nuevo trabajo Pulso:
Pulso es un album instrumental en el estilo de la fusion, ya
que existen en el mismo album varias influencias musicales ,
como jazz, funk, progresivo. Las canciones van cambiando su
intensidad y su color a medida que vamos escuchando el
trabajo.
Tengo entendido que hubieron muchos musicos invitados en el
disco, e inclusive Stu Hamm! como es eso?
Para empezar debo estar eternamente agradecido a mi maestro
Stu Hamm por haber demostrado semejante humildad y grandeza
al querer ayudarme en este disco, participando en el mismo
en la cancion "Arpegius Love".
De alguna manera debo tambien agradecerle al restod e los
musicos , Mercedes Manghi, que canto una exelente version
jazz de "The trooper/ El soldado" cancion de Iron Maiden, y
fabulosos guitarristas como Jonatan Burgos, Gabriel Leopardi,
Mars Cofany Daniel Valverde bateristas espectaculares como
Adrian Peralta, Leonardo Dorado , Fernando Vazquez,.
Todos ellos han logrado captar mis composiciones y ponerle
espiritu, a ellos muchisimas gracias!
Que significa el arte de tapa?
El signo del pulso es signo de vida, es por eso que el album
va reflejando diferentes estados de la vida, la armonia, la
tranquilidad, la aceleracion, el misterio, la tristeza, la
alegria..el pulso de la vida va cambiando dia a dia y el
dico refleja eso..en cuanto a la imagen , yo acabo de
mudarme a una ciudad balnearea, y es por eso que el simbolo
de pulso tiene la imagen de la ciudad, del bajo electrico y
de la rena, porque tambien eso refleja cambios en mi vida
tanto interiores como exteriores..el arte esta realizado por
Guillermo Torres.
Quien realizo el mastering?
Gaby Leopardi, el es un verdadero amigo y un gran
profesional, no dejaria que ninguno de mis trabajos no pasen
antes por sus manos y sus oidos , Gaby hizo un muy buen
trabajo! el album suena fresco y poderoso
Vas a presentarlo en vivo?
Debo rearmar la banda ahora, ya que vivo en otra lugar y
debo reclutar musicos, pero esa es la idea..
Que equipamento usas?
Uso siempre bajos Fender, es el bajo mas comodo y versatil y
desde hace muchos años yo toco con Fender, para
amplificacion uso Hartke sistems.Las cuerdas que uso
habituialmente son las 0,40 de GK.
Algun otro proyecto paralelo?
Siempre hay cosas aparte!, estoy haciendo musica para cine y
cortos, ahora estoy trabajndo muy fuerte con la gente de
"Muchas manos films" nosotros estamos preparando un nuevo
cortometraje titulado "Celeste".
Por otro lado estoy en proceso de mix de un album de estilo
prog metal , que va en buen camino.
Algo mas para agregar?
Si, gracias a todos los que apoyan a los musicos
independientes y a toda la gente que valora mi trabajo.

As it is your new work Pulse:
I pulse it is an instrumental album in the style of the

trooper / Iron Maiden soldier song, and fabulous guitarists
like Jonatán Burgos, Gabriel Leopardi, Mars Cofan y Daniel
Valverde ,amazing drumers as Adrián Peralta,
Leonardo Dorado, Fernando Vazquez.
All they have been able to capture my compositions and to
put him spirit, to them many thank you!
That it means the cover art?
The sign of the pulse is sign of life, it is for that reason
that the album goes reflecting different states of the life,
the harmony, the tranquility, the acceleration, the mystery,
the sadness, the happiness..the pulse of the life goes
changing day by day and the reflective dico that..as for the
image, I have just moved to a city balnearea, and it is for
that reason that the pulse symbol has the image of the city,
of the electric first floor and of the rena, because also
that reflective changes in my life so much interiors as
external..the art this carried out by Guillermo Torres.
Who carry out the mastering?
Gaby Leopardi, the one is a true friend and a great
professional, it would not let that none of my works goes
before by their hands and their hearings, Gaby made a very
good work! the album sounds fresh and powerful
Will you present it live?
I should rearm now the band, since I live in another place
and I should recruit musicians, but that is the idea..
That equipament uses?
I always use jazz bass Fender, it is the electric bass but
comfortable and versatile and for many years I play with
Fender, for amplification I use Hartke sistems and GK
strings 0,40.
Some other parallel project?
There are always separated things!, I am making music for
cinema and short, now I am very strong trabajndo with people
of Many hands films we are preparing a new titled
cortometraje " Celeste ".
On the other hand I am in process of mix of an album of
style prog metal that he/she goes in good road.
Something but to add?
