D.F.X es un proyecto musical de creacion,edicion, mastering, realizado de una manera virtual. 
 
 
El embrion ideologico nace en una tarde de noviembre del año 2004, donde Marcelo Yakko y Gabriel Leopardi hablan telefonicamente. 
Las ideas van fluyendo naturalmente una vez planteado el concepto principal de la obra y la estilistica musical. 
Virtualmente ambos musicos comienzan a realizar pre muestras en formato general midi y estos son enviados via email. 
Una vez pulidos y seleccionados las canciones los musicos pasaron a la etapa numero dos que fue realizar la grabacion real de los instrumentos. 
Cada uno de los musicos realizo la grabacion de sus respectivos instrumentos mas los teclados de los temas de su autoria. 
En la etapa numero tres, Marcelo Yakko redefine y graba las drums de todos las canciones. 
Todo este proceso es chequeado por Leopardi a su vez por envios de correo normal, ya que el peso de los wavs, tanto de guitarras, electric bass, teclados y drums eran demasiado pesados para realizarse a traves de internet. 
La etapa 4 fue la inclusion del Phil Collin[s cover "Look trough my eyes" del album " Brother bear", y se convoca a Jorge Diaz( actual cantante del grupo de Marcelo Yakko " Oceano de Sangre" que realize la grabacion de las voces de esta cancion. 
La mezcla y mastering de todas las canciones son realizadas por Marcelo Yakko en su estudio, guiado siempre por Leopardi en diferentes aspectos pertinentes a la mezcla. 
Los agregados de efectos especiales son seleccionados por Yakko y mezclados a la mezcla principal. 
El proceso de realizacion de cover art se realizo por Yakko pero siempre haciendo un feedback con su compañero virtual del proyecto Gabriel Leopardi. 
La reedicion de esta experiencia musical va a tener como bonus un track interactivo muy interesante. 
Este track incluye la descripcion de cada cancion por ambos musicos, y trailers de sonidos e imagenes.

the ideological embryo is born in an afternoon of November of the year 2004, where Marcelo Yakko and Gabriel Leopardi speak phonely. 
The ideas go flowing naturally once outlined the main concept of the work and the stylistic one musical. 
Virtually both musicians begin to carry out pre samples in format general midi and these they are correspondents via email. 
Once refined and selected the songs the musicians passed to the stage I number two that was to carry out the real recording of the instruments. 
Each one of the musicians carries out the recording of their respective instruments but the keyboards of the topics of their responsibility. 
In the stage I number three, Marcelo Yakko redefines and it records the drums of all the songs. 
This whole process is in turn chequeado for Leopardi for shippings of normal mail, since the weight of the wavs, so much of guitars, electric bass, keyboards and drums were too heavy to be carried out through internet. 
The stage 4 was the inclusion of the Phil Collin[s cover Look trough my eyes of the album Brother bear", and it is summoned Jorge Diaz (current singer of Marcelo's group Yakko Ocean of Blood that realize the recording of the voices of this song. 
The mixture and mastering of all the songs are carried out by Marcelo Yakko in their study, always guided by Leopardi in different pertinent aspects to the mixture. 
The attachés of special effects are selected by Yakko and blended to the main mixture.
